Last updated 6 October 2026. Himalayan WHOOP is an independent accessory brand operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Himalayan WHOOP; “you” means anyone using himalayanwhoop.com.
What we collect
When you complete the pre-order registration form, we collect only the fields on that form:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your UAE mobile number
- Your emirate
- Your purchase intention
- Which WHOOP model you own
- Your consent to receive release updates
We do not collect payment information. No card or bank details are requested or stored anywhere on this site, because nothing is charged at registration. We do not ask for your delivery address until you place a confirmed order.
What we collect automatically
- Server logs. Our host, Netlify, records standard request data including IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
- Fonts. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
- Advertising and analytics. We use the Meta pixel to measure advertising and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms. It sets cookies and reports events such as page views and completed registrations to Meta. See “Advertising” below.
- Local storage. Your browser stores your language choice and a record that you have already registered, so the form can tell you rather than taking a duplicate. This stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the pre-order you registered for, to send release updates you consented to, and to run and improve the site and our advertising. We do not use your details for anything else.
Who processes it
- FormSubmit — relays the registration form to our inbox.
- Google (Gmail) — where registrations arrive and are stored.
- Netlify — hosts the site and holds server logs.
- Google Fonts — serves typefaces.
- Meta Platforms — receives advertising and measurement events as described below.
These providers operate internationally, which means your information may be processed outside the UAE. We do not sell your information to anyone, and we do not share it with any other third party.
Advertising
We advertise on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta pixel on this site reports when a page is viewed and when a registration is completed, so we can measure which ads work and avoid showing ads to people who have already registered. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you.
You can limit this. Browser-level tracking prevention and ad blockers stop the pixel loading, and Meta's own ad settings let you control how your activity is used.
How long we keep it
Registrations are kept until the pre-order period closes and for up to 24 months after, so we can contact you about the release you asked about. If you ask us to delete your details, we remove them from our records and stop contacting you.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you updates. Email himalayanwhoop@gmail.com and we will action it. There is no account to close and no subscription to manage — one email is enough.
We handle personal information consistently with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting people who have already registered will be sent by email.
